New Robotman for the 1999 Microman series. I have the deluxe version which includes a number of extra magnetic attachments.
If you attach them all he does look somewhat silly however. Still, a nice figure with the ever entertaining magnetic gimmick.

This was one of my favorite figures from the entire Micro99 line.
Hell, the entire line is just awesome from start to finish, except for the pull-back racer things from just prior to the "Super Powered" versions. And the excessive repainting in the end. But otherwise, awesome.
