Just got this guy during the week. He is a simple repaint of the Revoltech Convoy toy but also includes a unique handshake hand that can be used to achieve this pose.
Got him from Hobby Link Japan. Either they found a bunch of unsold stock or this is a re-release as he had been out of stock and difficult to obtain for a long time.
